Ellis Jewellery is a family-owned business since 1976. Ellis Lai, the founder started his jewellery career at his early age as an apprentice where he learnt and gained his knowledge about jewellery production and design. In 1976, he opened his first shop in Stanley mainly serving local expatriate in Hong Kong. In early 2000, Ellis’ daughter, Eva has joined the team and continue to develop the business and opened the shop in Wan Chai. She is our jewellery designer and gemologist graduated from Gemological Institute of American (GIA). With our knowledge in diamonds and gemstones, experience in jewellery production and creativity, we continue to create beautiful quality pieces of jewellery that our customers love and appreciate.
