If you are living in Hong Kong
Local Delivery – We will provide free delivery service to most areas in Hong Kong, except outlying islands, villages in New Territories, restricted areas, and PO boxes.
Self Pick-Up – You can also choose to pick up at our store in Wan Chai. Please contact us by phone or email after your purchase if you choose this option. We will inform you when the order is ready for pick up. Please bring along the payment receipt and ID with your name on it. If someone is picking up the order on your behalf, please notify us with details in advance.
If you are living outside Hong Kong
We use Fedex or Hong Kong Speedpost as our courier for international deliveries. For your protection, all shipments must be made to a physical business or home address. It requires signature to acknowledge receipt of package.
Duty Tax
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Duties and taxes vary according to the destination country, please check your rates prior to your purchase.
